SURVEILLANCE & INVESTIGATIONS
CSG provides Surveillance, Investigations and Consultations with an extensive background to include civil and domestic cases (missing persons, infidelity, child custody, etc.), criminal defense, insurance and liability fraud, witness interviews, counter-surveillance and other areas of interest. CIVIL PROCESS SERVICE
CSG provides Civil Process Service to Western Maryland and surrounding regions. Most law enforcement agencies only guarantee one attempt at a serve whereas CSG provides three attempts.
Region Rates:
- Washington County and Frederick County – $55 (3 attempts included along with GPS/Photo Verification in most cases).
- Travel beyond 50 cumulative miles – 60 cents/mile.
- Travel beyond 1 hour each way – $45/hr.
- Rush Service (1st attempt within 48 hours) – $125
- Door Posting (One attempt) – $30
- Printing of documents over 25 pages – $20 plus 20 cents/page over 25 pages.
- Document Retrieval/Delivery – $30
SKIP TRACE
Electronic and physical skip tracing performed to gather information to assist in locating a person’s whereabouts and other pertinent information. Rates are determined depending on criteria needed for a successful serve.

Vehicle Sightings: $35/ no-hit; $100/ hit
Utilities Search: $45
Address Report: $45
MVR Report: $30
