Cavan Solutions Group was created by Jeff Cavanaugh, a licensed Private Detective with eleven years of investigative and security experience.  Initially beginning his career in the private security sector and then branching off into domestic investigations and insurance fraud investigations, Mr. Cavanaugh realized the need for a professional class of  Private Investigators and Process Servers with a background in not only electronic skip tracing abilities, open source intelligence (OSINT) but also a more detailed understanding of surveillance and investigations.  In addition, Mr. Cavanaugh has also undergone extensive training beyond the traditional experience gained in the private investigative world and has expanded his background to include training with intelligence professionals currently serving our country within the State Department, NSA, CIA and other related sectors.  His unique perspective and leadership of CSG and various contacts within the field have driven him to launch Cavan Solutions Group to provide quality Investigations, Surveillance, Consultations and related activities.
